Processing Time

The first 24 hours after purchase are used to process your order details and confirm sizing information. Custom sets typically take 1–5 business days to create, depending on order volume and the complexity of your request. 

Please note: processing time and shipping time are separate. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are based on the shipping carrier. Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days once your order has been completed.

Need your nails by a specific date? Please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide a quote for any rush or expedited fees.

Custom Order Policy

Custom sets are non-refundable after the first 24 hours of placing your order. Each set is handmade and customized to your selected design, sizing, shape, and length, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom press-on nail orders. To cancel your order, please email us or contact us through chat within 24 hours of purchase.

Important Sizing Notice: Please measure your nails carefully before placing your order. Due to hygiene reasons and because each set is custom-made to your measurements, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted for incorrect sizing. Sizing instructions are provided in photo and written form. If the listed sizes don't match yours, select the custom sizing option and we'll contact you by email to confirm your measurements.

Nail Sizing Instructions

To ensure the best fit, please measure all 10 fingers, as nail sizes can vary from hand to hand.

Measuring Method 1: Tape Method

You will need:

• Clear tape
• Thin pen or marker
• Ruler or measuring tape with millimeters

Steps:

1. Place a small piece of tape across the widest part of your natural nail, from side to side.
2. Use a pen to mark both sides of your nail on the tape.
3. Remove the tape and place it flat on a ruler.
4. Measure the distance between the two marks in millimeters.
5. Write down the measurement for each finger.

Important: Please make sure your measurements are written in millimeters (mm), not inches.

Measuring Method 2: Penny Photo Method

You may email us clear photos of your fingers with a penny or whichever US coin next to each finger, and we will help size your nails.

Steps:

1. Place a penny/coin next to each finger for size reference.
2. Take a clear photo of each finger individually with the penny next to it.
3. Make sure your finger and the penny are centered in the photo.
4. Do not take the photo too far away, blurry, or at an angle.

Please note: The tape method is the most accurate option. The penny photo method is available if you need help confirming your sizing.

Please send your sizing information within 24 hours of placing your order through email or our in-app chat. This allows us to begin working on your custom set as soon as possible.

Each Custom Press-On Nail Order Includes:

• Your custom press-on nails
• Emery board for nail prep
• Cuticle pusher
• Isopropyl alcohol cleansing pad
• 2 sheets of gummy adhesive tabs
• Nail glue

Please note: Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences. Each handmade set is unique with natural variations.
