Shipping Policy

UPDATE: Orders placed before 12 p.m. (noon) Mon - Fri will ship same business day via our standard shipping, USPS Ground. Carrier rates based on zip code, location and package weight. Orders over $50 qualify for free USPS ground shipping. (US Only) 

Delivery Speed: 2–7 business days and accommodates packages weighing up to 70 lbs.

Orders Placed on Weekend:Packages will be shipped out Monday.

Expedited Shipping Options Available at Checkout: If you need your package sooner please select one of our other expedited shipping options at checkout. * Carrier rates based on zip code, location and package weight. 

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on sending your package.
- Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases)

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you're unsure, contact us for details on specific items.
