Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on sending your package.
- Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases)

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
